In the golden autumn of October, a grand academic event kicked off by the Qiantang River. The 2025 International Conference of Physiological Sciences (ICPS2025), alongside the 18th Chang Hsi-Chun Forum on Physiological Sciences for Young Scholars and the 16th Young Physiologist Symposium, opened at the Hangzhou International Expo Center on October 9 -12. Hosted by the Chinese Physiological Society and co-organized by Zhejiang University and Hangzhou Normal University, this conference once again gathered wisdom from the global physiology community following the restart of ICPS in Qingdao in 2024 after the pandemic, attracting experts, scholars, young researchers, and enterprise representatives from 13 countries and regions.
